What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from adverts to interviews
- Deliver a warm and professional onboarding experience for new joiners
- Provide essential HR administration and reporting
- Support a values-driven team committed to excellence, reliability, honesty, perseverance, and love
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an understanding of UK employment legislation
- A commitment to our mission and values
