Burnt Oak Parish is seeking a dedicated and reliable Parish Cook to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the clergy and visitors by preparing wholesome meals in a welcoming and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare one main course and dessert per working day.
- Cook an additional meal to be served the following day.
- Consult with the Parish Priest regarding meal preferences.
- Set the dining table with appropriate cutlery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure proper food storage and monitor expiry dates.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure all crockery and utensils are cleaned after use.
