We’re looking for a Parish Administrator to provide vital support to the Parish Priest and his team at Holloway Parish. You’ll be the welcoming face of the parish office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping our mission to thrive.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for parishioners and visitors
  • Coordinate parish communications, newsletters, and websites
  • Manage Hall and facility bookings, building relationships with local groups
  • Provide administrative support for baptisms, weddings, funerals & parish events
  • Keep our office systems, databases, and records running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

✔ Excellent communication & organisational skills
✔ Strong admin experience (parish/charity setting desirable)
✔ Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
✔ A team player with initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
✔ Commitment to the mission and values of the Diocese of Westminster
