Major Donor Manager – Office of Fundraising & Stewardship

The Catholic Diocese of Westminster is home to the Archbishop of Westminster, Westminster Cathedral, 214 parishes and 215 schools in seventeen Local Authorities in London north of the river, Hertfordshire and Surrey and is a registered charity of significant proportions.

Situated in our offices in the heart of Victoria, the successful candidate for this role will be working with the Development Office, Catholic lay leaders and a fundraising board to manage relationships with major donors, as the Diocese develops a culture of major gifts fundraising.

Over the coming five years, this role will be pivotal in building a revenue income programme from major donors of c.£5 million per year, as well as working with specific project leaders in the coming years to help secure funding for capital appeals that may be envisioned.

Hours of work:            35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some occasional evening and weekend work required)

Salary:                         £45,000 per annum
