HRIS and Payroll Advisor (Human Resources) – Salary £30,000 Per Annum

Our location:

Situated in our offices in the heart of Victoria, the successful candidate for this newly created role will be an influential role within the Human Resources team with the day to day management of processing and data analysis of our HR & Payroll people data.

Duties are varied but will also include supporting our HR Business Partners in the administrative elements relative to our People data and in the management of the 360-degree recruitment function across all areas of the Diocese. As the successful candidate will be working closely with the HR Business Partners within our small but welcoming team there is plenty of opportunity to be provided opportunity to grow and develop. We actively support continued learning and will help you to continue your CIPD journey.

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience working in an administrative HR or Payroll function, either in an transactional HR or HR Shared Service environment, and ideally possess a degree in Finance or HR. However we will happily consider candidates with alternative degrees or relevant experience within Human Resources. It is important that you must also have the ability to work well as part of a small team and a flexible approach is essential. As the successful candidate and you become more settled in the role and understand the system , there may be an opportunity to partially work remotely.

Hours of work:               35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
