The Catholic Diocese of Westminster is home to the Archbishop of Westminster, Westminster Cathedral, 214 parishes and 215 schools in seventeen Local Authorities in London north of the river, Hertfordshire and Surrey and is a registered charity of significant proportions.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Data Administrator to join the HR department.
Situated in our offices in the heart of Victoria, the successful candidate for this newly created role will support the HR team with the processing and analysis of our HR & Payroll people data.
Duties are varied but will include supporting the HR Business Partners in the administrative elements relative to our People data and in the management of the 360-degree recruitment function across all areas of the Diocese.
The successful candidate will possess relevant experience working in an administrative HR function, either in an operational HR or HR Shared Service environment. S/he must also have the ability to work well as part of a small team and a flexible approach is essential.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
Salary: £25k per annum
