Senior Fundraising Administration Officer Job Description
We are looking for a strong administrator with great interpersonal skills to join our friendly Fundraising team!
What you’ll be doing
We are recruiting a Senior Fundraising Administration Officer for our Fundraising department who will work with diocesan supporters, maximising income and loyalty, through developing supporter relationships, improving supporter experiences and providing excellent standards of service.
You will be responsible for assisting with the ongoing processing of income and claiming of Gift Aid, maintaining the database system, running analysis, and ensuring excellent customer service is offered to parishes, volunteers and donors.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a strong administrator who is able to build relationships and provide a good service to our supporters, colleagues and clergy.
Experience working in a fundraising role is preferable but not essential.
You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with a high degree of accountability and a “can do” attitude.
Additionally, you will have solid organisational and time management skills as well as discretion and tact when dealing with confidential information.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of office work of a financial or transactional nature.
