Retreat Leader – Westminster Youth Ministry
We are looking to appoint for the role of a ‘Retreat Leader’ for SPEC Retreat Centre at the Diocese of Westminster Youth Ministry. This is a two year appointment until August 2026 with the prospect of permanent contract afterwards.
Job Title: Retreat Leader
Location: SPEC (Pinner, Middlesex)
Salary– £27,300 per annum pro rata
As a Retreat Leader, you will be expected to lead and deliver one-day and residential retreat programmes for young people from schools and parish groups. This role will require high level of organisation, creativity and commitment to the mission of SPEC Retreat Centre.
Applicants should be practising Catholics, ideally with a professional qualification or its equivalent and possess relevant experience of working with young people; and the right to work in the UK. Low rent accommodation can be provided.
The role is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barred List check.
Hours of work: Full-time contract of 35 hours per week.
Holiday: 23 days a year + public holidays + discretionary days (pro rata)
