Are you an organised, compassionate, and proactive individual looking to make a meaningful impact in your local community? St Agnes Catholic Church in Cricklewood is seeking a dedicated Parish Administrator to support our pastoral, liturgical, and community mission.

 About the Role

As Parish Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our parish office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Parish Priest and team. From coordinating communications and managing bookings to organising parish events and maintaining vital records, your role will be central to the life of our parish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parish communications
  • Prepare newsletters, mass sheets, and liturgy materials
  • Manage parish databases and noticeboards
  • Oversee hall and facility bookings, including promotion and invoicing
  • Support liturgical events, including baptisms, weddings, and funerals
  • Assist with diary management, correspondence, and office supplies
  • Maintain accurate records and support safeguarding and GDPR compliance
  • Liaise with contractors, diocesan surveyors, and property agents

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is not only competent in Administration but who also embodies our diocesan values of Competence, Reliability, Honesty, Perseverance, and Love.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Experience as an administrator or secretary (essential)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Diocese of Westminster

Experience working in a faith-based or charitable setting is welcome but not essential.
